Disbursing Professional Service Fees has two distinct expectations and connotations:

  1. When a Client approves to commit to disbursing a Service Fee – then the Company should value their commitment and reciprocate in the same way that it was paid.
  2. No Client wants to pay a Service Fee that is deemed ‘Non-Refundable’ – for example and not receive a return on their money. That would be unfair Business Practice on behalf of the Company.
  3. EFFRS does not approve any new Client Agreement – unless we complete the initial basic Due Diligence, to ensure that the Client is pre-approved for their request, regardless. A typical example could be the Client wants to halt the pending Legal Case that the UAE Creditor is in the process of filing, but we cannot request this from the Bank if the Client is unemployed, has no funds as a promisary commitment and no other way of sourcing funding. Then the situation is out of our hands, as there is no action we can take, especially if the liability is excessively high.
  4. Even if the tenure is extended to secure a solution for a Clients Agreement – EFFRS do not waiver from our responsibilities to conclude the request at hand, i.e. our Clients never lose their money and that is our commitment.
  5. Our Service Fee is based on a basic Principle – that when we secure the Debt Remedial Request from the UAE Creditor, we also include a discounted request where we know if it is possible or not, after reviewing the account commercials. A typical example, is if the Total Outstanding was AED 500,000.00, we secured a reduction for AED 300,000.00, our EFFRS Service Fee was AED 10,000.00, means the Client saved AED 190,000.00, and did not have to pay another Creditor separately. This is our Policy all the time and has been from inception. We do not offset another Service Fee for the discount secured, this is the privilege of the Client to enjoy this discount.
  6. Service Fees are significant, because it ensures the evolution of small or medium sized business, so does being Ethical and Responsible to deliver the requested Services – when Clients object to paying Service Fees, they should realize that we are not a ‘Store on the corner selling wares’, we have commitments and are normally 100% committed, render good service and have to account for our time, in the form of this Service Fee. This is a key factor that is hardly respected, where many Clients will approach us and request that we must first complete the task, then they will pay the Service Fee. This approach is not tolerated by our Company, so we turn them away, because nine times out of ten, once the task is completed, they will not pay anyhow. Therefore, respecting our place in this segment is the ultimate, we are passionate about our path, so we expect Clients to respect that too.
  7. Another key factor is – unless we are Empaneled by a UAE Bank and we present a Debt Remedial Case, then we are not compensated by that Bank, a key point Debtors Clients should be aware of.

With ease we will share with you that we hardly have this issue of Debtor Clients not wanting to pay our Service Fees and that is because many of them are referred by friends, family or associates that we already supported, so they know that the outcome will be positive. But initially we faced this form of adversity, where we totally understand that for Professional Services to be taken seriously historically from inception, was a huge problem, but as we evolved, Clients started showing the relevant respect for the work done for them. Currently we are positive that this co-operation will continue and we do realize, as long as we can produce positive results, where our aim is to supersede a Clients expectations, but we cannot guarantee anything, as we are not in a situation to demand from UAE Bank Creditors or any other, as they are compliant and must follow policy, but we have the experience and power to successfully mediate, negotiate and finalize our requests, positively.
