Exciting News is that EFFRS LLC, Dubai, UAE, has now officially elevated their Service Profile only to high-end SME, Commercial and Corporate Profiles, despite always operating in this space by ‘Walk-Ins’ and the Retail by Bank Allocations space from inception, we have opted to eliminate the latter, because it serves our goals and objectives in a much more effective way.
The core reasons are that this caliber of Client Profile lends itself to the Debt Remedial Process in a very effective way, in terms of our Team mastering the Art of Negotiation and Mediation, which has normally historically proven to be extremely challenging and the reason is that EFFRS are the Debt Remedial Pioneers who launched this concept into the UAE in 2010. So, over the years, we have mastered this art and perfect it in a way that we have also incorporated stringent Due Diligence, Compliance and Best Practice Policies and Principles into our processes.
EFFRS is therefore not a Collections Agency, quite the contrary, as we apply ‘Soft-Skill Tools and Techniques’ to accomplish our goals to settle a Debt Clients Total Outstanding Liability, not settled for years, within the minimum time-frame, if either approached by the Banks to apply our ‘Deep Searching’ to a specific Client Portfolio, or targeted Allocations within this Product Type, where we first secure a sound relationship with the Client, because we provide a neutral environment to civilly discuss their ‘Pain-Points’ and resolve their cases amicably for them. Having completed many such cases, we then hugely benefit from ongoing referrals, which in turn ensures a ‘Continuity of Business’ for our Company.
Establishing a sound reputation as a ‘Trusted Authority’ in the Debt Remedial segment, whether the Client is in the UAE or opted to exit, is irrelevant, because we have grown to expedite cases online with the Clients and the Banks, as the past few years has raised our level of professionalism and efficiency, so we are not bound to an office to achieve our goals and objectives.
