From inception EFFRS has been fortunate to facilitate Debt Workshops for Corporate Employees, due to historical dire situations of employees over-leveraging themselves with UAE Bank Credit Facilities and then unable to maintain their commitments, so the Legal Calls inevitably reach the HR Offices. This also applied for new employees, before they considered over-leveraging themselves.
